ArtNight (Realtainment)
Sylius-based e-commerce platform for event booking
ArtNight faced system instability, outdated tests, and issues with a broken payment gateway, leading to a poor user experience and disrupted sales.
The development environment was difficult to manage, there was poor communication between Sylius and Pimcore, and the system relied on an outdated Elasticsearch setup that impacted performance.
We stabilized the system by fixing critical bugs, upgrading the payment gateway, and optimizing the development process. We also eliminated Elasticsearch, simplifying the codebase and infrastructure for better scalability and easier maintenance.

NestJS and NEXT.js for dynamic landing page generation
NFC Wear needed a backend solution to enable users to easily create customized landing pages for NFC-implanted products while ensuring security and scalability.
The solution required template flexibility, user management, secure content access, and a scalable backend system to handle dynamic content and future feature additions.
We developed a NestJS backend for secure user and page management, integrated JWT authentication, and used AWS S3 for file storage. The frontend was powered by Next.js, allowing for easy customization and a user-friendly admin panel for landing page creation. The result was a scalable and efficient platform enabling quick customization and secure management.

Shopware 6 for premium e-commerce storefront
Narcos.eu needed an e-commerce platform that captured the bold, edgy spirit of the Narcos brand while complying with strict EU regulations for tobacco-related products and catering to both B2C and B2B customers.
The project required a seamless user experience despite the complexity of regulations like age verification, payment limitations, and tailored access for different customer segments.
We used Shopware 6 to create a custom, stylish storefront with luxurious design elements and bold visuals. We implemented age verification, payment restrictions, and separate storefronts for B2C and B2B customers. The final result was a premium, fully compliant e-commerce site that authentically reflected the Narcos brand.
