Sylius-based e-commerce platform for event booking

ArtNight faced system instability, outdated tests, and issues with a broken payment gateway, leading to a poor user experience and disrupted sales.

The development environment was difficult to manage, there was poor communication between Sylius and Pimcore, and the system relied on an outdated Elasticsearch setup that impacted performance.

We stabilized the system by fixing critical bugs, upgrading the payment gateway, and optimizing the development process. We also eliminated Elasticsearch, simplifying the codebase and infrastructure for better scalability and easier maintenance.
